Skating at school

Post by realname on Sun Nov 15, 2009 5:04 pm

Hey,
many people in school want to take their skateboards into school, and skate on the schoolyard. But they mustn't do that... Evil or Very Mad
Maybe, there's a problem with the school's health insurance, like when you hurt yourself at school, the school has to pay for the doctor and other costs.
But maybe the school could make a space at schoolyard, where everybody may skate, and when they hurt theirselves there, they would have to pay the doctor...
So, where's the problem to do that? Question Exclamation

Please write some answers,

This is not legally possible,as, since you are underage the school is fully responsible for you during your school time. In case fo an accident, it is ALWAYS the school to blame, and the school that will have to pay.
When you are in 6th year though, you can easily just go out of school during your free time and skate there.
